Subscription

Accessing subscription

Go to Settings → Subscription in the left navigation. This section is only visible to TenantAdmins.

Managing your plan

From the Subscription page you can:

  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Update your payment method
  • View billing history
  • Upgrade or change your plan

Payment

RoundTrip uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Your card details are never stored on RoundTrip servers.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription contact us at [email protected]. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation and can be exported on request.

If you are on a founding customer plan your rate is locked in for the lifetime of your account.
