Team Management

Accessing team management

Go to Settings → Team Members in the left navigation. This section is only visible to TenantAdmins.

Inviting a team member

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter their first name, last name, and email address
  3. Select their role
  4. Click Send Invitation

They will receive an email with a temporary password and login instructions.

Roles

RoleAccess level
DispatcherFull operational access — tickets, clients, inventory, invoicing
TechnicianMobile PWA only — assigned jobs, parts, notes
Billing StaffInvoicing and billing reports
Read OnlyView-only access across the platform

Deactivating a team member

Deactivating a team member immediately revokes their access to RoundTrip. Their history and records are preserved.

  1. Find the team member in the Active Members list
  2. Click Deactivate
  3. Confirm the action

Reactivating a team member

Deactivated members appear in the Inactive Members list. Click Reactivate to restore their access.
