Getting Started as a Technician

Installing the app​

RoundTrip is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — no app store download needed.

iPhone / iPad​

  1. Open Safari and go to roundtrips.app
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari
  4. Tap Add to Home Screen
  5. Tap Add

Android​

  1. Open Chrome and go to roundtrips.app
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Tap the menu (three dots) in the top right
  4. Tap Add to Home Screen
  5. Tap Add

The RoundTrip icon will appear on your home screen for quick access.

Logging in​

Your dispatcher or admin will send you an invitation email with your temporary password. Use your email and temporary password to log in for the first time — you will be prompted to set a new password.

The technician app has two main sections accessible from the bottom navigation bar:

  • Today's Jobs — Your assigned tickets for today
  • Profile — Your technician profile
