The Today's Jobs screen shows all tickets currently assigned to you with a status of Assigned, In Progress, or On Hold.

Ticket card information

Each ticket card shows:

  • Client name and address
  • Service description
  • Priority indicator
  • Current status
  • Requested service window (if set)

Ticket statuses

StatusWhat it means
AssignedThe job is assigned to you — tap to view details and start
In ProgressYou have started work on this job
On HoldWork is paused — tap Resume when ready to continue
