Working a Ticket
Starting a ticket

- The ticket status changes to In Progress
Putting a ticket on hold
If you need to pause work:
- Tap Hold
- Select a reason:
- Waiting for Parts
- Waiting for Approval
- Rescheduled
- Customer Not Home
- Tap Put On Hold
Your dispatcher will be notified. Tap Resume when you are ready to continue.
Completing a ticket
When the job is done:
- Tap Complete Job
- Enter a completion note describing what was done (minimum 10 characters)
- Tap Mark Complete
The ticket is marked as completed and your dispatcher can generate an invoice.
important
Always enter a detailed completion note — it becomes part of the permanent job record and helps with invoicing and future service calls.
